A UK headquartered Logistics company was part way through a complex HR and Financials  ERP implementation in conjunction with a big 3 systems integrator.  Schooltel were asked to parachute in an experience programme manager to manage the IS aspects of the programme and face off to the system integrator, following recent performance issues..  The Schooltel programme manager brought the IS workstreams under control and helped deliver the transformation programme to time and budget.


A UK organisation needed an experienced programme manager for a recent business win which required a warehouse management and fulfilment solution delivering in less than 6 months.  A Schootel programme manager delivered the programme for a large food retailer and subsequently delivered a second distribution centre after the customer was so impressed with the first distribution centre.


A global logistics provider acquired a large competitor and needed to integrate the IS functions across both organisations to reap the synergy benefits of the acquisition. Schoolltel provided a programme manager to define and control the programme for Northern Europe, covering over 200 staff and over €25M of benefits.


A global logistics organisation was running a global programme to centralise all IS operations into 3 regional data centres.  Schooltel provided a programme manager to migrate the UK hosted services to the European Data Centre.  The services moved over an Easter weekend without any service disruption.


A UK organisation was tranforming the IS Operations and moving to managed services for Data Centre and WAN provision.  A Schooltel Programmme manager successfully managed a programme with two large systems integrators delivering a new Data Centre, a new WAN and migrating the core applications with minimal service disruption.



A large scale public sector organisation sought out an experienced Schooltel programme manager to define and manage the re-engineering of their e-business web site, one of the top 10 in the UK.  The programme was approved by the Board and delivered through managing several third party providers across 3 continents within agreed timescales and budgets.
